Factory Sustainability Initiative — Scrap Recovery and Energy Use

Over the past year we have expanded internal scrap recovery practices, routing brass and steel offcuts from machining and punching operations back into certified re-melt supply rather than external scrap sale. Alongside this, the polishing and plating lines have been reviewed for energy use, with several motor and ventilation upgrades completed to reduce consumption during extended production shifts. This work is ongoing, and further updates will follow as additional measures are implemented across the facility.
