Lion Head Door Knocker — Large

Sand-cast in solid brass from a hand-carved master pattern, this large lion-head knocker is detailed with individually defined mane strands and a hinged ring striker that returns to rest against a raised boss. The casting is fettled and hand-finished before polishing, preserving the depth of relief that die-casting cannot reproduce. A backing plate and coach-bolt fixings are included for solid timber doors.
