Where We Are Today
Four areas of focus on the factory floor
Energy-Conscious Scheduling
Energy-intensive stages like plating and powder-coat curing are batched and scheduled to reduce idle equipment time.
Scrap Metal Recovery
Offcuts from laser cutting, punching, and CNC machining are collected and returned to certified metal recyclers rather than landfilled.
Responsible Effluent Handling
Plating and surface-treatment process water is managed through treatment before discharge, in line with local environmental requirements.
Reduced-Waste Packaging
Export packaging is sized to product dimensions to reduce void-fill material and improve container loading efficiency.
Corporate Responsibility
A manufacturer's responsibility to its workforce and community
Safe working conditions and fair labour practices on our production floor are treated as a baseline requirement, not a differentiator.
Local employment across our Aligarh facility supports the surrounding industrial community that has grown alongside the business since 1987.
